BROOKSVILLE – A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the 2021 gang-related death of a victim whose identity has yet to be released by officials.

According to jail records, 31-year-old Shayne Anthony Gracteroly-White was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Hernando County Jail.

Gracteroly is one of at least 6 suspects that Assistant State Attorney Pete Magrino says murdered a fellow gang member, during a "beat-down" (the process by which a gang member leaves a gang).

46-year-old Hector Luis Robles of Ocala and two other suspects remain unaccounted for, according to sources.

Gracteroly is charged with Homicide during the commission of Other Felony and 2-counts of Aggravated Battery – same as the other two suspects. He is currently held behind bars on a $110,000 bond.

A woman who claims to be Gracteroly's wife, Crystal Garcia, created a GoFundme page to raise bail money for his release. Garcia says her husband been wrongfully accused and that he deserves a "fair trial and good representation."

29-year-old Jimmy Nguyen and 25-year-old Reynol Gonzalez remain behind bars at this time.

There has been no comment from officials regarding this case.
