Still No Comment From Officials into Gang Murder Investigation, Four Suspects Remain at Large

HERNANDO – The Hernando County Sheriff's Office is searching for at least four additional suspects in a brutal gang related "beat down" death that occurred sometime in 2021.

Officials haven't released any details into the investigation, since the arrests of 29-year-old Jimmy Veloso Nguyen of Spring Hill and 25-year-old Reynol Mariscal Gonzalez of Pomona Park, last Tuesday. Both suspects face murder and aggravated battery charges in connection with the death of a victim whose identity has still not been released.

According to sources, two additional suspects have homicide warrants out of Hernando County for the same case and two have yet to be identified.

According to court records. 31-year-old Shayne Anthoni White-Gracteroly of Orlando and 46-year-old Hector Luis Robles of Ocala have outstanding homicide warrants for the same case.

In a motion filed with by Assistant State Attorney Peter Magrino to raise Nguyen's bond, Magrino states there were five other suspects involved in the homicide.

Typical Alvin and his chipmunks…. Use the Marcys law to withhold all information from the public so we don’t actually know how bad the county is under his watch. Next election it’s time to send the carpetbagger of a sheriff back to Pinellas where he lives.
